SHINE was founded in 2021 when Romanian English teachers found themselves having to switch their classes online virtually overnight. The need for practical help and opportunities to share knowledge became apparent, and this was my motivation for organizing a conference where participants could get both. Since then, seven editions have passed, but the mission remains the same – to bring teachers together with ELT specialists and leave them with ready-to-implement ideas.
